About me

Outside of work, I pursue to live an active lifestyle. It is a little bit hard now with the birth of our beautiful daughter but my major hobby is traveling, specifically to nature-rich, preferably exotic places. 

My other hobbies include photography, books, movies, and sports. I have a nice photography kit with a rather old DSLR (Pentax K5) and several outstanding lenses (a 35mm f2.8 LTD 1:1 macro, a 50mm f1.4, and my favorite, a weather resistant 100mm f2.8). Here are a few shots that come from this setup.

I like to have a sense of all sports going on around the world. I especially like soccer, football, basketball, and tennis. I play soccer at least once a week, and basketball and tennis whenever I have a chance. My enthusiasm for football is only limited to the New England Patriots and of course the fantasy football but I am quite fond of watching the NFL whether Patriots or my fantasy players playing or not.
